Booking.com Flights as a business unit has included growing and expanding its ancillary offerings on the platform in its 2024–2027 vision and business mission. As a designer working in the Ancillary Coverage and Expansion team, collaborating with the strategy and growth team to discover and launch new ancillary products for 2024/25, I took the initiative to develop a 5-year, long-term vision for ancillaries from both product and design perspectives. This involved creating the North Star and setting a foundation for scalable product architecture, design, backend, frontend, customer and product journey.

I led and facilitated a design workshop with 26+ participants 26+ participants (Directors, UXers, UX Managers, Engineers, PMs, PMMs,and Strategic & Growth team), focusing and ideating in groups specifically based on the vision focus areas.
